How Returns Work:
- Contact Us - Email us at support@tryadaptory.com within 60 days of receiving your order to initiate a return.
- Ship It Back - Securely package your TinyHands Pro™ and any included accessories, and ship it back to us. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
- We Inspect It - Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the product to ensure it's in resalable condition (minimal wear and tear is acceptable).
- Get Your Refund - After inspection is complete and approved, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method.
